Bankhead National Forest | Danville, Alabama
The afternoon of November 28th was a beautiful day in Alabama to do some family portraits! I had the pleasure of doing just that when I drove up to the Danville, Alabama area and the Bankhead National Forest. That is where I worked with the James family at the Brushy Lake Recreation Area.
I’ve worked with the James family before, but it had been a while since I did a session for them. Their children have grown since the last time I saw them, so it was nice being able to photograph the family once more. This time was extra special as both sets of grandparents joined in on the shoot. Having three generations in photos was a wonderful touch!
Everything in the Bankhead National Forest looked fantastic throughout the shoot. The fall colors popped, and it was the perfect setting for a family portrait session in late November.
I want to thank the James family for having me out to photograph this portrait session for them! It was a blast, and I hope to get to do it again for them in the future.
