University of North Alabama
Birmingham Botanical Gardens
The Birmingham Botanical Gardens is one of the prettiest locations in Birmingham, Alabama. That is why I was so happy and excited to be able to do a graduation portrait session there on the morning of April 3rd. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, a recent recipient of her EdS degree from the University of North Alabama.
Jennifer wanted to mark this important milestone before she began work on her doctorate through the University of Southern Mississippi. We met up in front of the gardens and then made use of all the beautiful locations inside the facility.
One of the places we spent a lot of time in was the Japanese Gardens. It’s such a lovely spot and made for a great setting. We were also blessed with ample sunlight throughout the shoot, which made the photos really pop.
I’d like to thank Jennifer so much for having me shoot her graduation portraits on the grounds of the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. It was a wonderful experience, and I want to wish her nothing but the best in the future.
