Cheaha State Park | Delta, Alabama
If you know me, you know I love going to new places to photograph weddings and portrait sessions. I had that pleasure on November 13th as I did my first family portrait session at Cheaha State Park. For those who don’t know, Mt. Cheaha is the highest point in the state of Alabama.
I met up with the Sheils and Graddos at the park just before sunset. Both families wanted to do a combined portrait session, and I was happy to oblige!
It was a delight getting to explore Cheaha State Park and working with the two families. Everyone was excited about the shoot, even though the cool November wind was definitely present on top of the mountain.
With it being right before sunset, the views and light were absolutely perfect for family portraits. I feel the Sheils and Graddos walked away with some stunning images to remember this trip to Cheaha.
I want to thank both families for having me photograph this session for them. It was a great experience, and I hope to work with them again in the future!
