Hungry Horse, Montana is a small town just outside the west gates of Glacier National Park.
It is primarily known as the home of the Hungry Horse Dam, but you won’t find a visual representation of that structure in this gallery.
What you’ll find is a collection of buildings and establishments in the town that reflect its draw to tourists en route to and departing from Glacier National Park.
I’m fascinated by these little outposts on the edges of major tourist attractions.
As beautiful as Glacier National Park is, I also found a lot of beauty in Hungry Horse, Montana.
