Lake Guntersville Alabama Wedding Photography

Lake Guntersville State Park | Guntersville, Alabama

Lake Guntersville State Park in Guntersville, Alabama is one of my favorite places in Alabama to photograph a wedding. That’s why I was delighted to be able to go back to the park to document the wedding of Elisabeth + David on September 19th.

You might remember Elisabeth + David from their lovely springtime engagement session in Huntsville, Alabama.

Elisabeth + David had a beautiful and intimate ceremony at the Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge in front of family and friends. Even though rain was in the area off and on throughout the day, the couple didn’t let it dampen the mood of their special day.

They had a wonderful first look with Lake Guntersville in the background and then did more pre-wedding photos alongside the lodge’s picturesque staircase.

When it was time for the ceremony, Elisabeth + David tied the knot in front of their guests. Everything about their ceremony was picture perfect.

Once the wedding was completed, Elisabeth + David enjoyed a lively reception well into the evening. It was a great way to cap such a lovely day along the shores of Lake Guntersville.

I want to thank Elisabeth + David so much for having me come up to Lake Guntersville to photograph their wedding celebration. I also want to wish them all the best in their lives together.

A word of thanks also needs to be extended to their family and friends for the warm hospitality shown throughout the day.

A final word of thanks goes to Whitney Stemple of Stellar Events for coordinating Elisabeth + David’s celebration and the staff of Lake Guntersville State Park for providing such a wonderful location.
