Lake Ki Arlington Washington Engagement Photography

What’s better than doing one engagement session with a couple? Two engagement sessions, of course. I found that out on May 13th when I got to photograph another engagement session for Jamie + Loren, a couple who will be getting married in July.

Last year, I had the pleasure of photographing their gorgeous engagement session at Ecola State Park and Cannon Beach in Oregon, two of my absolute favorite locations to visit.

For this engagement session, we met at the Lake Ki RV Resort in Arlington Washington, which was just outside the area of Seattle. I was in the area to photograph a wedding and offered to meet up with Jamie + Loren at some point during the weekend.

Jamie + Loren had plans to camp at Lake Ki with their pets, so I offered to drive up there and do an engagement session for the couple on the grounds of the RV resort.

It was a lovely time visiting with Jamie + Loren along with their four-legged friends. The evening was nice and cool, which gave off great vibes throughout the session. The area of Lake Ki was also lovely to photograph.

For the final images, I wanted to, of course, capture the essence of a quaint lake setting during a springtime Pacific Northwest evening. That meant a more dark and moody vibe to things with a few dreamy touches to add a bit of timelessness to the presentation.

I want to thank Jamie + Loren for agreeing to do this engagement session, and I can’t wait to work with them on their wedding day in July!

Now please do enjoy this sampling of photos from Jamie + Loren’s engagement session at Lake Ki in Arlington, Washington!
