Annie Carol + Allen
November 7th, 2020
I have often said one of the things I love the most about doing wedding + elopement photography is the opportunity to go to new places. That definitely includes new places in my home state of Alabama.
I had that opportunity on November 7th as I headed up to Cherokee, Alabama to photograph the wedding of Annie Carol and Allen at The Riverton.
While I’ve been to North Alabama many times, I had never been in the part of the state where Cherokee is located nor had I been to The Riverton. Both Cherokee and The Riverton were worth the trip as they were absolutely beautiful spots to host Annie Carol and Allen’s celebration.
The happy couple had a lovely fall celebration with the Tennessee River serving as their backdrop. They said their vows right before sunset and in front of numerous family members and friends.
Once the wedding ceremony was concluded, Annie Carol and Allen made use of their surroundings and got an ample amount of photos made as newlyweds.
The couple then partied well into the night with their friends and family at the reception. With good food and drink in abundance, it was a wonderful way to celebrate Annie Carol and Allen’s new union together.
I was so glad I had the opportunity to be able to photograph everything for them.
I’d like to thank Annie Carol and Allen for having me come up to document all the moments of their special day at The Riverton. It was a wonderful experience, and it was great working with their family members and friends. I want to wish the newlyweds nothing but the best in their lives together!
