Turkey Creek Nature Preserve in Pinson, Alabama is a jewel of a spot for people to enjoy. It is also a jewel of a spot to do an engagement session, and that is what I found out on Sunday, October 21st. Blessed with a gorgeous fall afternoon, I headed to Turkey Creek to shoot the engagement session for Wynter and TJ, a lovely young couple who will be getting married in May of 2019.
Even though I grew up in Pinson, it had been quite a while since I last visited Turkey Creek. I’m so glad I got the chance to go back in this instance because it really served as the perfect location for Wynter and TJ’s engagement session. The ample sunlight peeking through the extensive foliage gave us the perfect lighting throughout the session. The actual creek and rock formations running through the heart of the nature preserve also provided stunning backdrops and settings for Wyner and TJ’.s photos.
All around it was a fabulous experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better conditions to do this engagement session. I can’t wait to work with Wynter and TJ on their wedding day and provide them some wonderful memories of that celebration!
