Early fall is such a lovely time to head to Tuscaloosa to do graduation portraits on the campus of The University of Alabama. I had that opportunity in late October when I headed to The Capstone to photograph the portrait session for Amanda. She decided on a late afternoon session, and we couldn’t have asked for better conditions during the session.
We made use of all the popular spots on campus, such as Denny Chimes, The President’s Mansion, and Bryant-Denny Stadium. We also took some time to get a few photos in front of Amanda’s sorority house before heading to downtown Northport, Alabama. That is where we finished the session in front of the big “Roll Tide” sign on the railroad bridge that runs through the area. It was a great exclamation point on this particular graduation portrait session.
I want to send Amanda a word of congratulations on her upcoming graduation. I’d also like to thank her and her family for choosing DSmithImages to photograph this graduation session. It was a blast to do.
Do enjoy some select photos from Amanda’s graduation portrait session on the campus of The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
