Christine + Adam
Shoshone Lodge & Guest Ranch
Yellowstone National Park
Cody Nite Rodeo
July 30th, 2021
Yellowstone National Park is one of the prettiest places in the United States. That is why I was absolutely thrilled to have a chance to photograph an elopement wedding celebration inside the park on July 30th!
That day is when I got to work with Christine + Adam, a happy couple who decided to get hitched in an absolutely beautiful. They brought along their children for the celebration and made it a true family affair.
Their wedding day started just outside the park gates and on the grounds of the Shoshone Lodge and Guest Ranch. Christine + Adam were staying there during their visit to Wyoming, and the lodge provided a fantastic spot to do some pre-wedding photos.
Once we finished at the lodge, it was time to hit the road and enter Yellowstone. After a brief drive, we ended up at the picturesque Artist’s Point for the actual celebration.
Surrounded by their children, numerous park guests, and a gorgeous view, Christine + Adam said their vows and were married.
To celebrate, Christine + Adam did an extended photo session throughout the park. We made use of wide-open fields, streams, and lakes as Yellowstone had numerous locations to offer us.
After we left the park and had a meal, Christine + Adam did something a little different for their wedding reception. Still dressed in their wedding attire, Christine + Adam, along with their children, visited the Cody Nite Rodeo in Cody, Wyoming.
It was a great way to celebrate a beautiful day, and I loved doing something unique to the location for their wedding reception!
I want to thank Christine + Adam so much for giving me the opportunity to photograph my first elopement wedding inside a national park! I also want to wish them all the best in their lives together!
